M. Rebecca Hill is the most recent addition to Johnston, Moore & Thompson. Her primary focus areas include Bankruptcy, Corporate formation and transactions, Financial workouts and Civil Litigation. She has represented both debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 Bankruptcies. In addition, Rebecca has guided various Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Partnerships through several types of corporate transactions and has represented both individuals and companies in corporate litigation. She has also represented local banks in financial workouts and foreclosures.

Prior to beginning her law practice, Rebecca attended Auburn University where she earned her B.A. degree in Criminology with a minor in English. She attended Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama where she was awarded placement on one of the Cumberland Law Reviews, The American Journal of Trial Advocacy. She also earned a place on the National Moot Court team and was honored by her Dean and other professors as being nominated for membership for "Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities." Rebecca finished her law school career in the top of her class.

After law school, Rebecca and her husband returned to their native Huntsville and are now active members at Mayfair Church of Christ.
